S\u00e5 f\u00f6r n\u00e5gon vecka sedan tog jag p\u00e5 mig l\u00f6parskorna n\u00e4r jag skulle g\u00e5 promenad med vagnen och hundarna. Testade att springa lite l\u00e4tt och f\u00f6rsiktigt p\u00e5 sm\u00e5 rakstr\u00e4ckor h\u00e4r och d\u00e4r (och helst n\u00e4r ingen s\u00e5g oss). Det gick bra! K\u00e4ndes ok i mina ben, Iris fintravade bredvid direkt och Sally hade lite mer studs i benen.<\/p>\n

Sprang l\u00e4ngre str\u00e4cka n\u00e4sta dag och visste redan att jag best\u00e4mt mig; jag skulle springa med vagnen och en hund nu i b\u00f6rjan p\u00e5 veckan<\/p>\n

Ville ta med mig Iris p\u00e5 premi\u00e4rrundan, Sally beh\u00f6ver det mer s\u00e5 det fick bli hon \u00e4nd\u00e5.<\/p>\n

Trots lite stret i kopplet, Sally ville nog k\u00f6ra drag, s\u00e5 gick det bra! Jag f\u00f6rs\u00f6kte klura ut n\u00e4r jag sprang ute sist och gissar p\u00e5 ett \u00e5r sedan, minst. En hel graviditet och man \u00e4r ju inte direkt fit for fight direkt efter\u00e5t, kondisen \u00e4r ju typ helt borta. Men \u00e5\u00e5\u00e5\u00e5\u00e5 va h\u00e4rligt det var!<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>I fredags tog jag runda nummer tv\u00e5. Denna g\u00e5ng hade bebisen och Sally passning s\u00e5 Iris och jag fick springa utan barnvagn. Vilket lyckorus! Iris fick springa i drag d\u00e5 hon numera h\u00e5ller exakt det tempo som beh\u00f6vs f\u00f6r att h\u00e5lla linan sp\u00e4nd och anpassar sig helt efter mig. Tror Iris var lika glad som jag, hon sk\u00f6tte sig exemplariskt och rullade b\u00e5de noga och l\u00e4nge i det torra gr\u00e4set efter rundan.<\/p>\n

Vi sprang 3,46 km och snittade p\u00e5 tiden 5:53 min\/km, n\u00f6jd med det ocks\u00e5!<\/p>\n

Ska f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka f\u00e5 till vanan att springa tv\u00e5 g\u00e5nger i veckan nu och har lovat mig sj\u00e4lv att inte jaga tider eller l\u00e5nga rundor, bara vara n\u00f6jd med att jobba upp konditionen igen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
