Det var lite molnigt i g\u00e5r mitt p\u00e5 dagen. S\u00e5 jag fr\u00e5gade Magnus om han ville f\u00f6lja med mig och dragtr\u00e4na lite med Lina. Slutade med att vi drog p\u00e5 oss tr\u00e4ningskl\u00e4derna och sprang sp\u00e5ret ett varv. Att vi la av med l\u00f6ptr\u00e4ningen d\u00e5 i mars\/april berodde ju p\u00e5 att Lina drog s\u00e5 mycket i kopplet att jag tyckte att det f\u00f6rst\u00f6rde koppeltr\u00e4ningen. I dag s\u00e5 hade hon selen p\u00e5 sig med en 1,5 liters PET-flaska efter sig och hon s\u00e5g s\u00e5 glad ut n\u00e4r hon pinnade p\u00e5 med sina sm\u00e5 ben d\u00e4r i sp\u00e5ret! Nu f\u00e5r hon dra hur mycket hon vill, det \u00e4r ju bara sk\u00f6nt att f\u00e5 draghj\u00e4lp n\u00e4r man h\u00e5ller i kopplet. Jag och Magnus best\u00e4mde att vi ska b\u00f6rja springa oftare nu igen. Varannan dag eller n\u00e5t.<\/p>\n

Efter att ha druckit vatten och vilat n\u00e5gra timmar s\u00e5 gick jag ut med Lina p\u00e5 g\u00e5rden och \u00f6vade p\u00e5 att nosa efter te. F\u00f6r f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen testade jag att k\u00f6ra utan skruvarna, dvs att bara spraya te p\u00e5 marken och be Lina att s\u00f6ka. Det var sv\u00e5rt! Inte f\u00f6r henne men f\u00f6r mig. Hur minns man var man sprayade? Som tur var s\u00e5 kom Magnus ut efter en stund, han kom med lite bra f\u00f6rslag och till sist lyckades vi k\u00f6ra n\u00e5gra lyckade sm\u00e5 te-s\u00f6k. Lina m\u00e5ste ha f\u00f6rst\u00e5tt vad vi pysslar med! Det \u00e4r s\u00e5 kul! Som avslut tog Magnus och k\u00f6rde en g\u00e5ng med Lina. Det \u00e4r nyttigt att st\u00e5 bakom och titta p\u00e5, n\u00e4r jag tr\u00e4nar med henne s\u00e5 \u00e4r jag ju s\u00e5 fokuserad p\u00e5 det jag g\u00f6r att det \u00e4r sv\u00e5rt att se hur Lina faktiskt jobbar och s\u00f6ker.
