F\u00f6r tredje g\u00e5ngen p\u00e5 kort tid var jag ute och sprang i dag. Med mig hade jag Lina. Vi sprang 3,8 km i behagligt luftstempo.<\/p>\n

Samtidigt sprang husse 7,5 km i n\u00e5got h\u00f6gre tempo tillsammans med Iris.<\/p>\n

Jag kan ju utan problem springa med b\u00e5da hundarna samtidigt om det skulle vara s\u00e5 men det h\u00e4r med att ta varsin hund och l\u00e5ta Iris ing\u00e5 i husses snabbare lag och samtidigt k\u00f6ra team lufslufs med Lina k\u00e4nns mycket bra. Jag har lovat mig sj\u00e4lv att ta det lugnt med mitt kn\u00e4 och inte springa l\u00e5ngt eller snabbt p\u00e5 ett tag.<\/p>\n

Husse tycker att det g\u00e5r j\u00e4ttebra att springa med Iris och han ber\u00f6mde henne l\u00e4nge efter att de hade kommit hem i dag. Samtidigt vill jag att Iris ska f\u00e5 springa l\u00e4ngre. Hon hade bra fl\u00e5s i vintras n\u00e4r vi \u00e5kte skidor och jag vill inte att hon tappar det nu. Dessutom \u00e4r hon skendr\u00e4ktig just nu och m\u00e5r bara bra av att komma ut och r\u00f6ra p\u00e5 sig.<\/p>\n

Jag hade sm\u00e5 funderingar p\u00e5 det h\u00e4r med att testa LCHF-diet ett tag bara men nu har jag helt lagt ner de planerna. Det f\u00e5r bli bra mat och motion ist\u00e4llet.
